Meet Todd Wiseman
Todd is a graduate of Parkersburg High School and West Virginia University. Todd graduated from Mississippi College of Law in 1993. He returned home after law school to start his family with his wife, knowing that there was no better place in the world to raise their children than Wood County, West Virginia.
In the early days of his return home, Todd was house counsel for a large insurance company. He was responsible for supervising thousands of lawsuits and claims against the insurance company and its insureds. By 1998, Todd realized that his real interests were in helping people and businesses with claims against insurance companies and not in working for insurance companies. He took a pay cut to do what he really wanted to do. He worked for a small local firm and they focused their talents on assisting people who needed representation when insurance companies refused to help them.
With the support of his family, friends and clients, Todd founded Wiseman Law Firm, PLLC in 2001. Since that time, he has only represented people and businesses with their insurance claims. He is now in his 23rd year of operating Wiseman Law Firm, PLLC. He enjoys helping his clients with their needs.
